SHIPPING
Shipping Policy - HEIRLOOM will only ship to customers residing in the United States. All orders will be shipped Flat Rate with tracking via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Some orders may also be shipped with Signature Confirmation. Please take into consideration that transit time does not include the day an order ships, Sundays, or any national holidays. HEIRLOOM is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order such as weather or other conditions that may affect the carrier and are beyond our control. And, although it is not a situation we anticipate, if an item is no longer in our inventory and cannot be shipped, or we are unable to fulfill the quantity you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please see our General Terms & Conditions Page for more information. DUE TO TRANSIT DELAYS RELATED TO COVID-19 AND ITS IMPACT ON THE USPS AND OTHER CARRIERS, SHIPPING TIME MAY BE LONGER THAN NORMAL.

Special Requests - If you need expedited shipping or have special instructions, please contact us directly at 785-RATTLES prior to placing your order. If you would like your merchandise to be gift-wrapped please specify this during checkout in the customer feedback box.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. If a package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, non-existent street name, or other discrepancy related to the recipient's name and/or address, we will contact you to get corrected delivery information. We may, at our discretion, charge you to ship out the package again even if you originally qualified for free shipping.$5 flat rate shipping or free shipping for orders $100 and over.
RETURNS
HEIRLOOM wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Although we do not offer refunds, we will gladly accept returns for an exchange of merchandise or for store credit. Our Return Policy varies slightly for online and in-store purchases, so please continue reading.
Clearance items and special orders are always final sale. For a detailed list of what cannot be exchanged, see below.
Returns for online purchases - Only merchandise or size exchanges can be made for orders placed online, and items must qualify for a return (see below). If you are unhappy with your order or an item does not fit, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date to resolve the issue. Please email us or call 785-RATTLES to find out if the size you need is in stock, or for help with the exchange. If we no longer have the size you need and are unable to reorder it, we will help you find a comparable replacement.
Items must be returned to HEIRLOOM at the customer’s expense before the replacement merchandise is shipped. Once the exchange is processed, we will pay for the shipment of your replacement merchandise. Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
Returns for in-store purchases – A return for an exchange of merchandise or store credit can be made within 30 days of purchase. The customer must have a copy of the original receipt or gift receipt, and items must qualify for a return (see below).
Items that cannot be returned/exchanged:
Permanently Discounted/Clearance items - Any item sold for less than the full retail price as part of an end-of-season or otherwise permanent markdown.
Items no longer in original packaging - Any item that is not in the box, plastic wrap, bag, or other packaging in which it was purchased.
Items that have been worn and/or washed.
Special or custom orders. This includes POSH PEANUT "Special Appearances" and "Scheduled Launches".
Items no longer in sellable condition – items with stains, damage, scents, or other conditions that were not present when the item was purchased and that were not the result of faulty manufacturing or oversight. (Please see our Defective Merchandise Policy for more information.)
Items subject to a shorter exchange window:
Holiday items - Any item made specifically for a seasonal event or holiday such as Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, etc. This includes all outfits from “holiday” collections.
Swimwear and rash guards
Return Disclaimer - We reserve the right to limit returns and to deny a return if the original transaction cannot be verified. It is our discretion whether or not to allow a return outside of the official 30-day window. If allowed, store credit will be granted in the amount of the current selling price or the price paid, whichever is lower.
